Vida from Ireland on 26-03-2024  ★★★★★

Gentle walk through Tomie Woods with meditation, a cup of tea, strawberries and homemade chocolate caramel shortbread. Saw 5 deer. Lovely.

Wim Hof Workshop

“Wim Hof session”

Sheila from Ireland on 27-03-2024  ★★★★★

Great session, Leo was very well spoken and knowledgeable in the area of breathing techniques. The craic and camaraderie were very nice also.

“Personally insightful and challenging”

Fiona from Ireland on 26-03-2024  ★★★★★

Leo is a very engaging presenter who conveys the concept of the program in an interactive and practical way. After the workshop I have thought about how I breathe in a new way. Several local women who were on the workshop have set up a WhatsApp group to encourage and support each other in keeping up the engagement in the cold water!!! The Killarney Wimmers are born!!

Carrauntoohil Hike

“A great challenge! Fantastic guides”

Sophie from Ireland on 26-03-2024  ★★★★★

We had a great day on Sunday climbing Carrauntoohil. The weather was very Irish lots of rain and mist but that didn’t take away from the hike at all. The guides Richie & Eamon were great- the pace is always manageable with plenty of small breaks. I’ve done both routes up Carrauntoohil with Wander Wild festival in 2022 & this year- I’d thoroughly recommend it & will do it again myself.

“Excellent guided walk in tough conditions!”

Bobby from Ireland on 26-03-2024  ★★★★★

Our guides were great company for a tough hike up the mountain in very wintry conditions. Booking the walk was very easy, the instructions were very clear & the guides excellent.

Dark Sky Hike (Old Kenmare Road)

“Knowledgeable guide made this a great experience”

Louise from Ireland on 26-03-2024  ★★★★★

I really enjoyed this activity, the fact that there was a guide telling us interesting information about stars, meteor showers, space stations and more, made it such a unique experience. While the sky wasn’t the clearest, I still really enjoyed the hike, the landscape and the wildlife and would definitely recommend!

Outdoor Rock-Climbing experience in the Gap of Dunloe

Everything was nice, Rory is really good guide and nice person, we felt really lucky for such a day that we had

“First time climber – Can’t beat guides/instructors with local knowledge”

Sarah from Ireland on 25-03-2024 ★★★★★

The weather on the day was changeable and not ideal for outdoor rock climbing, however Rory from Rome Wild knew the area extremely well and led us off the beaten track to a great sheltered spot that was an adventure in itself to get to.

Gap of Dunloe traditional boat and hiking tour

“Brilliant Day”

Richard from Ireland on 27-03-2024  ★★★★★

The day started wet but the chat and stories with Donal on the boat helped up forget about the rain. He was brilliant, so knowledgeable and funny. The walk itself is beautiful and well worth doing. Great day and will definitely do again.

“Loved this”

Aishling from Ireland on 25-03-2024  ★★★★★

Fabulous day between the showers …. total immersion in gorgeous landscape… stop for refreshments at Lord Brandons and onto the boats for the lake tours…I’m totally doing this again next year.

Long SUP Safari Tour (Stand Up Paddle)

“EPIC – What an Experience!”

Marian from Ireland on 26-03-2024 ★★★★★

To SUP the Killarney National Park Lake was simply magical. Definitely an experience | will never forget! So still, the water looked like a sheet of glass. Even when a few drops of rain came in, it just added to the whole experience. Fantastic way to spend a morning. Will keep our fingers crossed SUP tours gets a permanent fixture on the lake alongside the Kayaking tours.

“Brilliant Morning”

Richard from Ireland on 25-03-2024  ★★★★★

This was my first time to do SUP so I wasn’t sure what to expect but everyone was so friendly and helpful that I relaxed straight away. Oona was brilliant on the water, full of fun and a brilliant instructor. I will definitely paddle with them again.
